Our unique, all-inclusive senior Independent Living community provides a wide range of services and amenities to help our senior residents remain as independent as possible. This program offers a ‘Carefree Lifestyle,’ free from the worries of home maintenance and housework. We provide a wide range of services such as nutritious meals, transportation services, choice of activities, plus exercises that emphasize the importance of maintaining and preserving independence.

Housekeeping Services for Seniors
- Bi-weekly housekeeping/suite cleaning services
- Garbage and recycling removal
Maintenance and Security Services for Seniors
- Maintenance of Manor complex, including landscaping, planting flowers, and cleaning windows
- Changing light bulbs
- Maintenance of interior corridors and all common areas
- Front door security system
- All risk/liability/fidelity insurance for The Manor Village (excludes personal property and liability)
- All utilities included (except telephone)
- Smoke detectors and sprinkler systems throughout each Manor suite and all common areas
- Cable (including 96 channels)
- High-speed Wi-Fi (in unit & common areas)
- Keyless door access system

- Full-Time Wellness Director (registered nurse)
- 24-hour on-site Health Care Staff (LPNs and Caregivers)
